Our Backyard Wedding Menus are designed to offer a relaxed and elegant catering option for your special day. If you wish to have staff onsite for service this can be arranged.

Some of the common questions asked regarding backyard weddings
What is the catering presented in?
Our catering is presented in our black catering trays and boxes or heavy duty aluminum trays for hot dishes. Bio-degradable, no mess, no return.
Alternatively we have Chaffing dishes, bowl and serving utensils' available to hire . Returned back to kitchen the following day or Monday b y prior arrangement. All damages or losses are charged at full price
Does the buffet come delivered hot?
Yes, your buffet is delivered hot, ready to serve, 15 - 30 minutes prior to your eating time. Please note our delivery time is set for 5.30 - 6pm window, outside of this time additional charges will apply for delivery.
Can we pick up from the kitchen?
Yes, pickup is available between 9am - 5.00pm - Monday to Saturday (closed Sunday)
Is there an option to hire serving bowls, warmers, serving cutlery for our buffet?
Yes, we have the option of presenting in our bowls, platters, chaffing dishes, gel burners and serving spoons and tongs. Extra charge applies and all equipment to be returned teh following day back to the kitchen.
Is staff included for buffet service?
We wanted to be able to provide a style of catering that doesn't require staff. All menus are designed ready to serve.
If however you would like staff for your event, that it be arranged (additional charges apply) Please contact us to discuss.
Do you supply cutlery and crockery?
Yes we can, at an additional charge of $5.00 per person - White main plate, knife & fork. All crockery and cutlery to be returned to main kitchen the following day, or Monday by prior arrangement. All breakages or losses will be charged at full price. Plate $30.00. Knife or Fork $5.00
Alternately, we also have a great heavy duty bio degradable palm leaf plate and bamboo cutlery range @ $3.50 per person
