Wedding cakes are still king, but bite size dessert and candy bars add a little extra bling .
Small bite size cakes, slices, jellies, creams, desserts arranged on beautiful plates and stands, served in mini shot glasses or boats and plates in a mixed dessert station make a great additional to the wedding meal, and a huge talking point.
Large ornate glass jars, and plates filled with colourful sweeties make the candy station popular with all ages at the wedding.
The ‘Cheese’cake wedding cake. Stacked cheeses from big to small make a fun and unusual wedding cake. Served with beautiful handmade crackers and rustic bread with fresh fruits, ‘cheesecake’ are great for those couples not bothered about the traditional wedding cake, but still want the tradition of ‘cutting the cake’.
Our desert bar buffets are a huge talking point, and ask us about out ‘cheese’cakes. Mature chedder, creamy brie, mouthwatering blue or waxed gouda’s.
