Burger station – guests build their own

Selection of sauces and mayonnaises

Fresh bakery bread rolls

Red and white coleslaw
Penne pasta salad with mild curry dressing

Basic  Canapes and  Nibble menu –  Pick up  from Lemongrass Kitchen.
Nibbles all require re-heating.  Burgers require cooking on the BBQ. No staff included.

Please note: This menu uses ‘Angel Bay, frozen burger patties”

Canapes served from 4.30pm – 5.15pm .
